Dead Center
Cycles,
I purchased a fairing with stereo on Saturday 09/19/2009, from
Rob Hassay's Racepro, at the Delmarva Bikeweek Rally in Ocean
City, MD. I spent four hours Saturday evening trying to install
the wiring harness for the Jensen stereo. No matter what I
tried, I could not get a sound out of it. Sunday morning, I
rode my 2003 Road King back to Rob's display and asked him for
some assistance. I knew it was near the end of the rally and he
was wanting to pack up and go home, but Rob wanted to stand
behind his sale and helped me trouble shoot the install. After
2 hours, and many different attempts to get the stereo working,
we finally determined there was a bad fuse in the harness, and
the unit was not getting power.
I was impressed by Rob's
level of customer service. He very easily could have told me
that he was ready to leave and that I was on my own. I have
been considering purchasing your product for many months, and I
was pleased to see an example of it at the rally. After close
inspection and a good listen to the stereo system, I decided it
wouold be a good by. Needless to say, after many hours of hard
work and Rob Hassay's determination, I had a very nice ride home
and I hope to many more enjoyable rides with music being a big
part of it. Thank you Dead Center Cycles, and thank you Rob
Hassay.

Rob,
Thank you very much. My wife Edi and I bought the 2 to 1 pro
pipe for the blue softail on Saturday. James' installation was
perfect. It ran great, very smooth and we like the way it sounds
too.

Rob,
I spoke with you on the phone about a week ago. I had the great
experience of having purchased a polished Mikuni HSR42 AND
having your crack technician (can't remember his name) install
it on my '03 Black Night Train in a pouring rain at the Rapid
City, SD Bike event on Saturday, August 12th. I had ridden said
Night Train all the way from Peoria, AZ and I already had just
about every Screamin Eagle Performance part made in the engine,
I still thought there wasn't quite the throttle response I
thought I should get. Your team hooked me up with the Mikuni
carb even though I was somewhat nervous about performing such a
transplant so far from my home since the job would have to be
perfect 'right out the chute' since I was RIDING home the next
day! Well, when I left there in the pouring rain that day and
went back to the Sturgis festivities, I could tell even then I
was VERY IMPRESSED with the jump in performance.
Now that I have finished my trip home (did it in 2.5 days!) with
no mechanical problems (knock on wood), I want to extend my
thanks to your team that day for doing such a fine job! Hell,
they even brought me back a sandwich from Subway that day and
invited me in to the trailer's inner sanctum to eat!
I look forward to seeing you guys again at a future
event-hopefully such as AZ Bikeweek in early April.
Best regards to all,
Rick Baena

Rob,
Thank you for all your help,
RacePro, and especially Rob Hassay, you have
shown me what GREAT customer service is all about. Your
willingness to make sure I was happy with my Bassani True Duals
and Mikuni carb went way beyond anything I expected.
Thank you again, Rob, for
your time and effort, and please extend my thanks to Mikuni &
Rolling Thunder Dyno.

Rob,
Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that the Road
Rage
pipe I bought at Bike Week from you worked out awesome. I had
the Vance &
Hines true duals, and the Road Rage dynoed out 12 hp and 11 ft.
lbs. more
than the duals once John Golden got done. Incredible.

Rob,
In thirty years I've not been as impressed with many other
systems as I am with the rage. Once I get my clutch replaced,
I'll send you some numbers. Looks like I'll gain 7-10 over my
previous system.
Thanks,

Rob,
It was warm enough this past
weekend that I was able to put the power
curve heat shield on. Thank-you very much for your prompt
response and more
importantly caring about your customers. Truly a rarity in
today's
business. It mounted well, the new welds are much bigger and
stronger on
the brackets.
Happy Holidays

I'm really impressed with the
performance of my bike with this combo. I already had a good set
of Supertrapp mufflers and the Techlusion module, but this setup
works way
better.

Hi Rob,
Here are a few pics as I promised after the installation. I took
the bike
for a dyno and it has 112HP at the engine and 100.24 at the rear
wheel.
Torque is 106.49. The TFI unit was a bit rich and we got it
dialed in really well. Overall the tech at the speed shop was
really surprised and said I was one of the few who actually got
my money's worth out of an HD build-up kit.
Thanks for the help and let me know if I make it to your web
site so I can show off!
Thanks,
Greg Ostrozovich

Rob, You and Dan
did such a great job, I wanted to make sure you knew first hand
from me. Beside the fantastic improvement in performance, I was
able to get a full 30% better gas mileage, even at high speed,
than before you tuned my carburetor.
I drove from Chicago to NYC
in 11 1/2 hours on Sunday, you can figure out the speed, only
stopped 5 times for gas, that was over 800 miles.
I will look forward to seeing you guys at the next bike event I
will attend. If Harley dealers provided the kind of
expertise and service as you guys did, there would be no other
motorcycle company in existence. Keep up the good work and I am
jealous of you in Sturgis right now. Hope you got some good
usage from your hot tub on top of the rig!

Rob,
I just wanted to thank you for the help you gave me deciding to
go with the Bassani true dual exhaust and the fuel control
module for my Road King Custom. It was a real pleasure talking
with you and I'm looking forward to meeting you in Sturgis.
I'll be anxiously awaiting the arrival of these items so I can
get them installed and enjoy more performance and power out of
my bike. Thanks
again Rob.
